Was able to come out in a timely fashion, fix the problem quickly.. Was able to start using the washer again.. Thank you so much for getting us back up and running again..

Called at about 6 something in the evening and the guy was rude! When I was asking my husband in the background about what he knew about our refrigerator when we bought it, the guy just hung up in my face and when I called back no answer. So yes I called and left a funky ass voice message, hell I’m trying to see what’s going on with my fridge. Everything happens for a reason, so I’m glad I didn’t get to do business with them because if that guy was rude, then imagine what I probably would’ve went through if I decided to go through with getting service with them!!

Called about a dead icemaker on the fridge. Set an appt. with Shane, their refrigerator technician, who arrived promptly, and who had the experience and knowledge to anticipate the problem. He brought the correct replacement icemaker with him and had it installed in 20 minutes. Exceptional service, reasonable price, great experience. Highly recommend.

I have used Arrow several times over the years, but twice since we recently moved and needed some repairs done. Jarred came first to work on my oven and then again to work on my dryer. While here he helped with a repair to my washer and cleaned my dryer vent. He is so helpful and answered many questions I had on a future appliance purchase. The repairman's expert opinion is the best! I highly recommend Arrow, and Jarred if you need any appliance work done!

Was very grateful to Jason for coming out to look at my ancient GE machine - I wasn't sure whether it was broken or if the problem was with my plumbing. He was able to figure out the problem very quickly, and (since the machine is essentailly unsalvageable) didn't charge for any work. A very classy move.

This is the first time I have used Arrow Appliance Repair. It will NOT be the last. Jason came promptly. He was very knowledgeable and impressed us with his honesty. He quickly diagnosed the problem and said he could fix it but the cost of repairs and the age of the unit would suggest that a new dishwasher might be in order. He charged us nothing for the call and refused when we asked him to please let us pay him for his time. Arrow is now our go-to appliance repair company and we will ask for Jason. I'm 70 years old and not easily impressed anymore. I was more than impressed with Jason's demeanor and expertise.

Arrow was quick to respond. Jason knew exactly what the issue was with our gas dryer. He was honest and helpful.

I called in this morning to have my washer inspected and within hours Jason was here to take a look at my machine. Quick and great service!

A friend who has relied on this company for repairs several times and was completely satisfied with their work recommended it to me. Jason responded to my call quickly and set up an appt today. He told me that the dryer I had called about is not worth putting the repair costs to fix the noisy issues it is having. He did tell me it is safe to use for as long as it lasts which we will do. I am so thankful for his expertise and honesty.. and I will definitely call Jason again!!!

I can't say enough about the service repair man and work he did. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly, made the whole visit very pleasant and surprisingly affordable. I have already told 2 neighbors about Jared. He really helped me with my washing machine (filled with water and wet soggy clothes) and came the same day I called and was amazingly early. This morning I had called to see if someone could come out to fix our dryer. They were able to fit us in this afternoon. Jarred arrived promptly, was very courteous and was able to give us a preliminary diagnosis and price for the repair. Not only was he correct, he was able to fix the problem quickly after he took the unit apart and reattached a belt to the blower that had come off. I felt the price was reasonable. Thank you very much!

We had some issues with our dishwasher at work. Called Arrow Appliance and they were out here in less than two hours. Great Service - Jason was super great and very professional. Will use this company for my personal appliances too.

I had such good service with Jason. He called me early and was able to come look at my dishwasher so quickly and was able to give me an answer in a matter of minutes. He was very polite!

We have used Arrow Appliance for in-home repair for several of our rental properties. Last week they came to do a diagnosis on a dishwasher that a tenant was having problems with. Jason with Arrow Appliance called to tell me his findings, and that basically it was not worth repairing this old dishwasher. I told him my husband would buy a new one and install it himself. Jason would not charge us for the service call and diagnosis! We will definitely use Arrow Appliance for all of our future appliance problems!

We called about having our Bosch dishwasher repaired. Jason came out the next day. He was on time and very professional. He helped us with our problem and was gone within 30 minutes. We had tried several other companies but Arrow Appliance came highly recommended and they are one of the few companies tat workon Bosch.
We would gladly use them again.

Jason called to let me know he would be here early and arrived when he said he would. It took him all of five minutes to DIAGNOSE AND FIX our electric Kenmore dryer!!!

Arrow scheduled an appointment to service my washing machine at a time convenient for me and arrived when expected, if not a little early. Jason was truthful with me about my washing machine. Unfortunately, it needs to be replaced rather than repaired . He answered questions about my refrigerator and dishwasher as well in a very professional manner. Our dryer quit heating and we called Arrow and Jason was here exactly when they said he would be actually a little early. He was professional and courteous and explained exactly what was wrong and had it fixed within the hour. I would highly recommend Arrow and Jason. They definitely moved to the top of my repair list!
