Best experience I’ve had in a long time. Amy gave me an incredible massage with lots of special touches. The table was prewarmed. I got to choose my own scent. Everyone was super friendly. I’ll definitely be back!

Wesley did a very poor job. The cut was close, (had pics on my phone as to what I wanted) but the styling was awful. Won't be going back.
Friendly barbershop and all barbers give good haircuts. I've had haircuts from all the barbers there. Reasonably priced.
The owner of this salon is the most RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL person. I scheduled a massage, and specifically told the personnel that I was on my lunch hour, they had me undress and wait for TWENTY FIVE MINUTES. I asked someone to check on my massage therapist precisely 15 minutes into waiting. No response. I finally got dressed, and as I'm leaving, a woman, who claimed to be the owner, says "Oh I hear you are upset about your massage, well our therapist just learned about a death, so sorry." I told her I didn't believe her, and that if that were truly the case, I should have been told when I checked in, or someone should have come and told me. I should not have been left to sit there waiting in a robe for 25 minutes. The owner replied, "We're human." and as I walked off upset, she says unprovoked, "Karma's a bitch." Yes folks the owner of the business spoke to me like this because I was upset about being left to wait. My time is just as important as yours. In the event of an emergency, you should go TELL your clients there is a need to reschedule, not leave them sitting there, waiting.... waiting....waiting....and waiting.... to only offer an explanation when they are fully dressed and headed out the door. Of course when you offer it at the last second it appears as an excuse. Furthermore, what kind of professional uses PROFANITY AGAINST THEIR CUSTOMERS?Not the first time it has happened either. usually they hand you a card offering 20% off a gel peel for making you wait. Not this time, she was RUDE and wholly unprofessional. DO NOT GO TO COTTONWOOD unless you have at least a half hour to an hour more than the time you allotted to sit there and wait on them to provide a service, and condone this lady's unprofessional attitude. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Yesterday my husband went in to #Greatclips in Edmond (Edmond Market Place 3325 S Boulevard Ste 181 Edmond, OK 73013 (405) 285-4599) to get a haircut. He always gets a flat top. After checking in a hefty Mexican lady called him over and they exchanged pleasantries. She said she had just come in for the day and he was her first client. She ran a comb thru his hair and committed “Wow your hair is thin.” At that point he should have just walked out but he stayed and got his hair cut the whole time she is committing on his lack of hair. Once she finishes he looked at his new hair cut (NOT a flattop) with disappointment. At that point it is too short to even try and fix so he goes to the register to pay the $15 for the cut he was given. This girl at the register doesn’t know how to use it and rings him up as another customer. He gets up this morning and looks at the account and the amount he was charged for the haircut was $30. The hair stylist went ahead and added a $15 tip. So my WARNING to you is DON’T use this #Greatclips. It seems to me they are running a scam because when he called this morning there was no manager and no one knew when she would be there.
They are never opened even when you call to make the appointment or make one online. They are never there during their "hours of operation". Makes me wonder what business is really taking place since there are no haircuts happening. This place is a joke. DO NOT GO HERE.
I love this place because the environment was comfortable and the people are so friendly. They listen to what you want and did a great job on mine and my daughter's hair.
This was my first professional haircut and color, and the people there were amazing. They made me feel comfortable and were very friendly. I felt like I was one of the family. My hair looked absolutely perfect and was exactly what I was wanting. I loved it, and will recommend them to all my friends and family.
I like this hair-styling place. My hairdresser, Mary Lou, has moved there after her old hair-styling place, Austin Taylor Salon, was infested with black mold.
