After reading other reviews, I assume I dealt with the owner, which makes this review even more crazy. HOW DO YOU OWN A BUSINESS? Hopefully someone opens up some competition.Signing up for a concealed carry course? Please be sure to understand the no-show policy, as it was not properly explained to us. If you have an emergency or happen to be sick, you will be put on a stand-by list. A stand-by list means that you may show up to any course early and see if a seat opens up. If a seat does not, you may go home…so on and so forth until you make it in a class. The customer service received was far from expected. I woke up the day of our class and was sick. We called 20 minutes before the class to let them know. Yes, I know that doesn’t leave them time to fill our seats, I understand that (unless someone happened to be waiting around on “stand-by”). However, all that was told to us on the phone was that we would be “put on the stand-by list”. This was not explained thoroughly at all, no one told us we would have to come in before each class. They do not issue phone calls to let you know of openings. The fact that you basically play the lotto in finding a seat if you have to cancel last minute was not explained. If we had known this, my boyfriend would have attended and I would have signed up at a later date, cutting our losses though we would love to attend together. Sadly, when we called back about the next weekend’s courses, we still did not understand the policy. They told us they had openings on the next Sunday course (this Sunday, weekend before Christmas) so I cleared our schedules. Well, they called today to tell us that they filled our seats. You win Safety First; two wrongs make a right with y’all since you now cancelled on us. So a little confused, I called. The sir on the phone let me know he didn’t appreciate my sarcasm, which I found ironic because he was being just as lovely. He very clearly thought I was being rude, which I was not, I was trying to explain to him our confusion. He continually let me know that that’s what happens when you cancel 20 minutes beforehand. When things like this happen, people can be frustrated. I was frustrated because I was confused. Does that mean you handle a customer by cutting them off and speaking to them in a condescending manner? No, I don’t believe that is the correct way to do business. Lucky for them, their classes are full due to the threats our nation face. So reviews like this likely won’t matter, but hey, if one person reads this and understands the policy…I’m happy. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone, but I’m just one of many customers I’m sure. Go buy some beer with our $120 and take a load off, sounded like you needed a break on the phone. Good luck and God bless.

I love H&H! I go there for all my archery needs. My bf decided to buy me a bow for Christmas & I didn't really know much about how to use it. I went…
I was there last night and the owner couldn't have been nicer. Clean, well stocked business. A LOT of ammo. Good stock of holsters and AR accessories. I highly recommend this range. It cost us $14.00 each for over an hour of range time. AC was on, well lighted.
There's a reason you don't have to wait for a lane. Theres no waiting due to the owner. He's extremely rude and unprofessional. Horrible interpersonal skills and absolutely no customer service. It's obvious this gentleman has never run a business previously. I'd walk from North Edmond to Norman for a range before I ever went back to this place. Oh, and for those of you who reload your own ammunition, don't even think about picking up your own brass. This guy sits at the main desk watching the monitors. The resolution is poor at best, but if he thinks you may have picked up some brass that wasn't yours, he'll come in and take it out of your hand. He's come and inspected my brass and made me verify what caliber of ammo I'd been shooting to see if I might have casings that weren't actually mine. I don't need brass that bad that I'd pick up brass other than my own. I swear this guy is more worried about stray brass in your bag than the green in his register. I would recommend going to Wilshire or H&H as opposed to this place. The lanes are small and there is counter space for your guns and other belongings. You'll end up with them on the floor for you and others to trip over. The management was 150% better when it was run by the Heartland folks. Too bad there's no way to give negative star reviews. Don't waste your money here !!
Friendly folks, clean range and NO waiting for a lane.
