Dr. Farr and Dr. Tomlinson are wonderful vets. They are so kind and really care about your pet. My puppy had an issue that Dr. Farr knew wasn’t normal and he wouldn’t give up until he found out what it was. It was a very rare and uncommon condition. He never blew me off. He always would check in to see how she was doing. He has been our vet for about 15 years. He has helped me with an injured stray I found, met me at the door to get my dog that passed away, always answers every call and question. He goes above and beyond! I highly recommend them!!

I give Max and Elsie's ZERO stars..Boarded our dog from July 14-24,2016 while on vacation..Left specific instructions regarding health issues, basic meds needed as far as Genteal eye drops for moisture and 1/4 pepcid daily and emergency vet information if he went 2 or more days without eating or any other medical emergency..Called on 3 occasions during vacation and was told he's great and everything's fine in a very abrupt and dismissive fashion...After one phone call my daughter stated "mom I don't think she even knew which dog I was talking about."...I told her not to worry even though the person was rude considering they have a lot of parents to deal with but I was confident they would let us know if there was a problem...July 23 I called and was told he was fine but he seemed to be very tired...I asked her what did she mean and once again she stated he was fine but seemed a little tired..Upon arrival to Max and Elsie's at 8 am on July 24 the bill was immediately taken care of and then we were able to see our boy..Immediately noticed his right eye was matted shut..I asked if his eye drops had been given and was told yes..Left Max and Elsie's and went directly to vet..He was diagnosed with eye infection and in 10 days his weight had went from 15.6lbs to 14lbs and were later told by Max and Elsie's that was due to increased activity..It has been impossible to achieve any resolution to this situation with Max and Elsie's due to phone calls being ignored..First attempt at sending certified letter was returned..Somehow Max and Elsie's evaded certified letter through post office...The NEGLECT my dog endured at Max and Elsie's has been detrimental to his health...The NEGLECT was unconscionable and super difficult to even comprehend..Why accept him for boarding if request for eye drops and pepcid to be given was too difficult?..Why were we never notified of his condition?..How did no one notice?..Why disregard emergency vet information provided and get care for him?
Each time I've come in with my dog, someone is always trying to up-sell something; whether it's food, medication, etc. I called to have one vaccination updated for my dog and I wasn't told until I came in that it necessitated a "yearly exam". The exam lasted 5 minutes, with the Dr simply looking at my dog's gums and running his fingers through his coat. No blood work was done, nor any other extensive examination, yet the 5 minute exam cost $50, on top of the $25 for the vaccination (and I had to wait 30 minutes for the Dr to come in). I've brought my dog in before for a simple issue (nail issue) that a technician should have been able to review, but a Dr reviewed and again cost me $50 just for the Dr to take a quick look at my dog. If the customer service was anywhere close to average I'd be more willing to pay the higher fees, but basic customer satisfaction efforts have fallen short on all members of staff from receptionist, to technicians to the Dr's themselves. I have been to plenty of vets that charge significantly less and have exponentially better customer service. I will not be returning to this establishment.
Probably OK for routine care such as shots, but if you have a real problem with your dog, DONT GO THERE. They are way over-priced and lack diagnostic skills.
What a wonderful pet hospital! The staff is always very friendly and care for my animals as if they were their own. I wouldn't dare take my babies anywhere else!
I can't say enough great things about Acre View! They treat my family and pets like their own family! Even with abnormal situations like a guinea pig with a tumor! The staff at Acre View went above and beyond to ensure that the guinea pig was as happy as healthy as long as possible.
This is the most amazing vet clinic I have ever been to. They have taken such wonderful care of all my animals throughout the years. Dr. Barger and Dr. Ross are so compassionate and caring and the clinic staff is always courteous and ready to help! Love love love this place and recommend them to anyone and everyone!!
Have been taking my German Shepard there for close to 10 years, the service started to decline rapidly the last few years. Was awakened to my dog whimpering on a Saturday morning, and he wasn't able to get up. Called and informed the vet about the my dog, was told to bring him in an hour, but to wait for a phone call. The vets office called 45 minutes later, told us not to bring the dog in, but wished us Good Luck.
The best place in Edmond! The staff knows me and my doggie. The staff is always friendly, always makes me feel welcome. Princess gets great attention, they love her as much as I do. Thanks for being my dogs best place to stay and play.
These are the most compassionate vets I have ever been too. Dr. Barger and Dr. Ross are just awesome. They really care about my babies. The staff was great and very friendly. I was in my appointment on time and was very satisfied with my charges. I would recommend them to everyone.
