The owner of this salon is the most RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL person. I scheduled a massage, and specifically told the personnel that I was on my lunch hour, they had me undress and wait for TWENTY FIVE MINUTES. I asked someone to check on my massage therapist precisely 15 minutes into waiting. No response. I finally got dressed, and as I'm leaving, a woman, who claimed to be the owner, says "Oh I hear you are upset about your massage, well our therapist just learned about a death, so sorry." I told her I didn't believe her, and that if that were truly the case, I should have been told when I checked in, or someone should have come and told me. I should not have been left to sit there waiting in a robe for 25 minutes. The owner replied, "We're human." and as I walked off upset, she says unprovoked, "Karma's a bitch." Yes folks the owner of the business spoke to me like this because I was upset about being left to wait. My time is just as important as yours. In the event of an emergency, you should go TELL your clients there is a need to reschedule, not leave them sitting there, waiting.... waiting....waiting....and waiting.... to only offer an explanation when they are fully dressed and headed out the door. Of course when you offer it at the last second it appears as an excuse. Furthermore, what kind of professional uses PROFANITY AGAINST THEIR CUSTOMERS?Not the first time it has happened either. usually they hand you a card offering 20% off a gel peel for making you wait. Not this time, she was RUDE and wholly unprofessional. DO NOT GO TO COTTONWOOD unless you have at least a half hour to an hour more than the time you allotted to sit there and wait on them to provide a service, and condone this lady's unprofessional attitude. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I'm from out of town and I ordered flowers from Jill to be sent to a funeral service. Flowers never made it but at least my card wasn't charged. When I called to find out what had happened Jill told me she would find out and call me back. Needless to say, I never heard a word from her. So disappointed in this shop.
Came into this store to purchase a full casket spray for my grandmas closed casket service, the lady was nice and helped me look through the book, I found one that fit was nice and not crazy expensive, so I verified with her THREE times that it was indeed a FULL casket spray and she assured me that it was and that they’d even deliver to the funeral home so that was great! I ordered it and felt confident that it was going to be beautiful so I didn’t check on it (yes, that was my fault for assuming I was actually getting what I was told I would), so I arrive to her service and I am in complete shock to see that the casket spray was tiny! I was horrified. I was assured we would get one thing and then they deliver another. I call the company and they are so rude about it. I told them I got half of what I was told I would get, so I should get refunded for half of what i paid and they said no. That I still got flowers and they’d be happy to come during the service to remove them if they were so unusable. It wasn’t that they were “unusable” it was that this was our final goodbye and I wanted it a certain way and was told it would be a certain way and they lied. I would not have ordered it. They got their money, so they didn’t care that it was their mess up and would not make it right. Horrible company. Absolutely awful people. I should have went with anyone else but them. As if I wasn’t sad enough to lose my grandma, these people ruined the last chance I had to give her the arrangement she wanted and basically told me tough luck. Buyer beware.
They are never opened even when you call to make the appointment or make one online. They are never there during their "hours of operation". Makes me wonder what business is really taking place since there are no haircuts happening. This place is a joke. DO NOT GO HERE.

Everyone there is nice and you can shop while you wait but after that point your visit will go south. Terrible service. My hair looked awful when I left. Had to get it fixed somewhere else after letting them try to fix it (they failed obviously).
This place is shady. My mother's phone was stolen 3 days before she passed. It was laying next to here head playing music. It was there when we left to the night and gone when we returned the next morning. The administrators are zero help. they file a police report and we will get it replaced. They didnt even interview their staff. We assumed that it was whoever brought her breakfast tray. The scumbag read messages we sent to the phone. The admin refuses to return any calls regarding the issue since my mom passed so my father is stuck paying for a phone that he doesn't even have and we would have liked to have it back so we could have the memories and such on it.
My daughter was moved there from Mercy Hospital after they determined no more could be done to help/stop her brain cancer.In the past week she has fallen from bed 3 times. 48 hours ago administration stated they would change her bed and it's not been done.3 times that I know of the staff has brought in her tray with regular food and left it. Last Sunday they did not bring a lunch tray at all.My daughter is unable to communicate, swallow very well, or even feed herself. Hospice is now a part of the team but Bradford administration did not advise them of a Tues family meeting. What is wrong with that administration and staff????? I hope we can get her moved.
