TERRIBLE!! Not only were two days late (one excuse after another) but when they did show up movers tried to extort us! Told us that the contract we signed and deposit that was sent was no good and the entire amount of the move would have to be paid then or they wouldn't load furniture! We talked to their "customer service" agent and her Supervisor Meagan with no help what so ever. I had called several times before move to confirm and was told each time every time everything was on track. One of the owners even text me and asked me to call him about problems. When I did he told me he was busy and I needed to call another number!! Her do business with this company. You will be sorry. Too many good movers out there to fool with this rip off company. We fIled complaint with the Georgia Department Of Public Safety. Hope they take their licence.These people do business all over the country so beware!
Don't expect your delivery or pickup in timely fashion. Were 5 hours late in the pickup and now goiing on 2 weeks for delivery with no delivery date scheduled. Holding my items indefinitely in a central location. They continue to dodge our calls. CAUTION DO NOT USE AFFORDABLE MOVERS
Affordable Movers (AM) is the worst company I have ever done business with. I live in Idaho and needed to move property from Ontario, CA to Idaho after the death of relatives. I looked for movers near Ontario, CA where the property was stored. AM had an ad and I called. Brandon assured me he could help and I gave him my credit card number. That was the beginning of weeks of problems. AM failed to show up, or call, for two appointments to pick up the property. They were 5 hours late for the third pickup. Clutter Storage, an excellent company, waived charges for AM's failures. Trying to get my property to Idaho was another nightmare. No one was responsible. Brandon told me to call "Dispatch" because he was just a salesman and it wasn't his problem. Dispatch was in Florida and this was a West Coast problem, Their phone system didn't work and I was disconnected each time they passed me to another "manager". They admitted they knew about the phones.I tried to track my shipment, only to learn that the tracking feature of their web site wasn't hooked up yet.One employee of AM would promise a departure date and when it didn't happen no one notified me. When I called them, many, many times, I got a message service that was full. Some of the people I dealt with at AM were: Brandon, Derwan, Megan, Joe, Shlomi, Tracy, Megan, Jenny and Isaac. Isaac at least tried to help.They had my property and I was held hostage. When the shipment was finally delivered, it was 10 pm, and dark in at a storage site. The drivers, not AM employees, spoke no English but were very hard workers. They were the only people that did their jobs.I received property that didn't belong to me. I notified AM but feel confident that the rightful owner will just be out of luck.I received property that was damaged. I notified AM but feel confident that I'm out of luck. My advice, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AFFORDABLE MOVERS!!!
Why use any other movers. The lady on the phone promised 3 good men and a great price and it all happened. We let them move our parents 2 months later. Sweet
I have used Affordable Movers twice now. How refreshing to have polite english speaking men who do not act as if they are doing you a favor! Not once on the phone! They hustled the ENTIRE move. They were on time and did the moves in what I am sure was the fastest time possible while maintaining the integrity of my belongings. Great job.
Not sure how Apple Movers has received such good reviews from everyone else, so let me provide this warning: Randy is a huge liar and cannot be trusted. First and foremost, they provide a quote with a very reasonable insurance policy that is provided. Then, he sends a bunch of guys to your home who clearly have just been released from prison for the most part (one guy, Jordy, actually is pretty good). Next, he makes you pay a considerable some of money, per the agreement. Then, once you find that over half your items are damged/destroyed/ or missing, he tells you he will take care of it all once you submit an itemized claim. Then he says "Wow, we have never done such a bad job before!" and sends a check for only $300 after damaging or ruining thousands of dollars worth of your items. With the worthless check, he sends a copy of the contract explaining that he never showed you the back of the contract that you signed which specified that the great insurance policy provided maxed out at $300. What a piece of crap Randy and Apple Movers are. I plan to have him arrested for the theft of my property which wasn't returned, and then I plan to file a lawsuit in which he will cover all of my damages plus the legal fees. Some people are just scum, and he ranks at the top of the list. I hope you all read the back of your contract, which will help you understand this. However, it is so poorly written, it doesn't even make sense... plus, he never shows it to you. Don't cash the $300 if you are in my position, as he sends the check with a statement saying that you release all missing items to him. What an awesome way to legally become a thief... that's probably how he got to know all of the movers that work for him... in prison, which is where he belongs. Please listen to my warning, as nothing would make me happier than for Apple Movers to go bankrupt. This company should go under through the normal process of capitalism, as there are many who are much better. Randy, if you read this, you didn't know this about me when we signed up to move from Edmond to Tulsa, but I am a cancer doctor, and I can afford to make your life a living hell until you do what is right!!!! (as you assured us you would before you stopped responding)
I used this movers after reading good reviews. But I after moving I found two boxes is missing. I called the mover and told them about it. And they said they will look in to it and will get back to me. But they never did. I will not recommend this mover to anybody.

Just thanks won’t be enough If I just thank them then that won’t be enough for them after what they did for me during my move. These movers were simply terrific. They knew what they were up against. They had the complete plan for the move. They arrived on time, carefully wrapped and boxed everything and moved at the new place in no time. When I was checking the inventory I tried a lot but failed to find any error. They were just brilliant and very affordable too. So, I am writing this testimonial for them.
Apple Movers are the bes t No doubt whatsoever that this is the best moving company. They have all necessary tools and a bunch of very experienced and skilled movers, who know how to manage a tough move within a very short span of time and limited budget. I used them recently for a 3 bed room move and they did a great job for me. They managed to move all my stuff without any hiccups. There was nothing which was broken or damaged. It was a perfect move in the end. I am definitely going to use them for my next move and recommend them to my family and friends.
