I rented car from this center. I visited this center on Saturday 1 pm. They took my booking and give me car. It was in hurry so they give me CAR without CRUSE Control. What the hell, When i realized that it does not have cruse control they were closed so i drove my car for more than 15 hrs without Cruse control. Very hectic and bad. When i told same thing by calling them she told me its Customer responsibility to check all facility. They don't inform what car having and what not, Rude in talking and She blame me for not checking those on time , They can give car whatever is available without informing Customer what it has and what not. Also this car was having AC issue when i mentioned the same at desk office they was not worried about it Just took amount and they are done.

best enterprise location i have ever been to. the staff is friendly and the manager doug is the best person to deal with at the location. he takes care of his customers and is very friendly and will treat you like a valued customer. i always rent from this location. never dissapointed

The car was great, – the only problem is they billed the wrong credit card & have yet to issue the credit they said they issued – this is screwing up my finances & All I get is that it will take a few days but if they had charged the card I asked them to from the beginning – I would not have to deal with this now. The bank said they never issued a credit even thought the manager Greg said they did - there is still a $750 erroneous charge on my card even though they have been paid, they do not care!
