Skip's Auto Body & Towing

Just horrible. All this place since about is how much money they are going to make off of their Towing. I would never use them again send my car to a scrap

Had my Volvo towed from Beyers Volvo Dealership, WV in June. After the young driver backed over the flag pole (accidents happen) no biggie he then proceeded to lock my keys in the car when he backed it off the flatbed. Hence the begining of the problem.
I spoke to the owner and didn't mention the flag pole (accidents happen) but I did mention that the young driver locked the keys in the car. After a couple of conversations of status updates on him not being able to reach his driver, the owner said he would have it handled. Well 6 weeks later my Volvo sits in WV with the keys locked in it.
I take a man for his word but and as any fool can see I was wrong this time.

I took my car trusting these people and dealing with Skip directly. He sent in the first estament with aftermarket parts costing more than OEM parts that I myself can get from Ford. After stating this to him he chamged the parts to OEM parts charging way more than my cost would have been resulting in a compl we te total from my insurance company. If you wish to keep your car after hitting a deer or anything else don't trust this collision center at all.

Unfortunely I am one of Skip's yearly customers. This is not to say I am a bad driver, I just happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, however the last one was my fault. Over the past four or so years I have recieved nothing but top services from Skip and his crew. I highly recomend them! If I could I would give them 10 stars!
