Pet Palace

I have taken my Labrador to Petsmart plenty of times and I am never really fully satisfied. So this time around I decided to try something new, I took my friends advice and I landed at The Pet Palace ( not knowing what to expect). However, I must say that my dog and I were extremely pleased. The customer service was spot-on, prices were very good ( especially for all that the package included) and the guy who helped me out was very knowledgeable about grooming, and dogs in general. You can really tell that they know what they are doing. I know they have more than one location, but the one in Edinburgh that I went to was really good. I can only assume there other locations are just as good, if not better. Cheers!

I can't say how satisfied I was with this Pet salon. I took my Mini Schnauzer to "The Pet Palace" in Rio Grande City. I have to say, NOBODY ( in 2 years of having her groomed) had done the Schnauzer cut correctly. My dog was happy, running around. It took just about 2 hours ( they took 5hrs in "perfect paws" to do a full shaving -.-') . EXCELLENT VALUE. Grooming was perfect. Pretty bandanna, beautiful schanuzer-cut, trimmed nails, smelling pretty & fresh, and best of all (as mentioned above) my dog was happy :)

very nice place the groomer is very nice and caring for the pets. the price is great for the service you get and the customer service is speechless , very helpful and nice guy strongly recomiendo it
