Pediatric Care
Carolyn Kallmeyer is an APRN and has lived in Northern Kentucky her entire life. She currently lives in Kenton County. Carolyn graduated from the University of Kentucky with her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and completed her Master’s degree at Northern Kentucky University. She has experience in family medicine, women’s health and pediatrics. At Figure Weight Loss, Carolyn assists our physicians and is dedicated to helping patients achieve their weight loss goals through a healthy lifestyle.
Family Practice
Dr. Weckenbrock is a native of the Greater Cincinnati area. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Kentucky College Of Medicine in 1982. He completed specialty training in Family Practice from Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana in 1985. He is board certified in Bariatric Medicine and retains his certification as a Family Physician and a Diplomat of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He has 26 years of private practice experience and is now the Medical Director of Figure Weight Loss.
Electrocardiogram
We will perform an EKG in-house for patients with one or more of the following conditions: BMI of 50 or higher, for anyone who has passed out for no apparent reason, or the sudden death of an immediate relative. We do charge a nominal fee for performing an EKG.

Ophthalmologists

Glaucoma
Notice: If you have certain cardiac conditions or glaucoma we may need a release from your treating physician. Please click here to send an e-mail to our medical staff indicating your medical condition and we will respond. These conditions may not preclude you from participation in our program.

Gynecology
You may start our program six weeks after giving birth, and you must be released by your OB GYN physician.
Obstetrics
Dr. Crawford grew up in Northern Kentucky and currently resides in Campbell County with his family. He obtained his medical degree from University of Kentucky College of Medicine and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Gastroenterology
Cheryl Stebbins grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, and currently lives in Villa Hills. She earned her degree from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition. Her dietetic internships include St. Elizabeth Healthcare and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital working with varying medical conditions, including bariatrics, renal, gastroenterology and cardiology. Her approach to helping our patients reach their health goals is through nutritional education and support.

Mental Health
Jennifer is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelors Degree of Science in mental health / human services. As a part of the marketing team, Jennifer enjoys educating the public on living a healthier lifestyle. Jennifer is passionate about informing potential patients on how Figure Weight Loss can help achieve their weight loss goals.
