HELP!!! I am a cashier at Publix and I just spent $14.00 For a pot roast (from Publix.) I followed the directions precisely and the meat was so chewy!!! Ick! Can you help me?
I ordered a special whole loin pork roast for company. It was fabulous... like the kind my grandmother used to make. Mik, the butcher, cracked the bones, separated the larger bone (with the baby back ribs attached) and then meticulously tied it to help it to cook evenly. The boneless roast came off the bone beautifully. I made an apple and onion stuffing and made a pocket along the center. I also ordered some small bone- in split chicken breasts They were perfect too. You know how in the supermarkets the breasts are way too large? These were perfect for one serving. I will not consider super market meats now that I have found Gary's. Highly recommended and excellent value..
