I had my roof replaced and my overall experience was not what I expected from a business ran for over 35 years. While Glen was very responsive and I felt his prices were fair, the quality of work is not up to par. He does not do the work himself, he hires a crew to do the work. The materials and work are supposed to be guaranteed for 30 years, however I have yet to receive any warranty paperwork which I have requested multiple times. To top things off, my roof is still leaking and in places it has never leaked before. Glen has come out to my home with his crew multiple times and the problem is still there. After paying nearly $6,000 cash for the full roof replacement, I would expect better quality and service than this. I am beyond disappointed and feel so ripped off. Stay away from this company if you want to avoid being ripped off.
