Best used car dealership I have ever dealt with. They were very fair with my trade in and the car I got was 1st class all the way. I am not sure what happened with the other person but I just can't see him doing that. He is a retired police officer and he also has rental property so my guess is he gave someone a ticket or someone didn't pay their rent. You judge for yourself though. I don't think you will have any regrets. I didn't!!
These clowns set up an appointment for me to come down and try out a very nice used Mercedes Benz that has been on their lot since last October if not longer. I show up on time and these idiots don't even have a clue where the car is. It was stressed that time was pressed today and they guaranteed I would he out the door in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later and my time wasted I had to finally leave this substandard dealership. I wait outside for my salesman who has just told me he will be out as soon as he gets a key. They try to investigate and their "salesperson" Desi Broadnax has to be found when I return inside after several minutes. To find him sitting as his desk with customers. Well done Desi. Just a heads up try this line. "I am sorry Ms. Smith I am currently with a customer so I will have to get back with you in a moment or let me get you to another associate to help you." Its really not that hard.No wonder the car is still there, apparently these clowns don't know how to run a business. The whole time Desi is complaining about how general managers have recently been replaced and other salespeople are so irresponsible. All the while not making the connection that this was his deal and I was his customer. Its up to you buddy to pull the keys and have them ready for me. The blame is with you and I find your lack of respect for my time is offensive.Almost as offensive as you trying to stall me while staring at a computer and pushing a key ever minute or so. I will hope that you will honestly read this and grow from it, if not I pray you and I not cross paths again.
I have to say this is a great dealership .I went to look at the escape and with help from Chris and Mike and Stuart and Mallory I got my new escape and love it .The dealership has a great staff of people ,no pressure they just want you to be happy with your purchase and confident you picked the right vehicle .I had visited several dealerships and was not happy with the sales people and the way they treated me .I was a dollar sign to them and tricity treated me like a friend

It took 6 weeks and 3 different visits to repair my truck and it broke down again. The service dates was incorrect and it was there the last time 3 weeks with no loaner car offered! Yes they refunded me some of my money because they did not repair the problem. My old parts was not given back to me! I believe because they returned the part and put my original back on and charged me for the parts and labor. A feed up customer
