I see nothing has changed over the years.When building my home we agreed on a price and what to be done but every time i turned arround he would be asking how do you intend to pay for this.would never answer phone or return calls .there is no warrantys on anything with him onse he gets his money just say good by cause there will never be any more contact .i even had to pay for my own underlayment under flooring which is builders job.worst people i've ever had to deal with.

Did not cover all items promised. Did not return calls or return to fix items covered by so called warranty. Once all money was collected never heard from owner again. Some of items I had to pay for myself.
