Highly recommend. This is a bit of a long review but worth reading if you are looking for a great auto shop...Yesterday (Friday) I blew a tire & needed a new one ASAP. I had never been to Anderson Auto before but had passed their sign in my neighborhood so I called them around 3pm & told them what I needed. They said they could get me in on Tuesday because they don't keep tires in shop & have to get them. I said I needed to get in sooner so I could drive to work next week. The owner called around to find me a tire, called me back an hour later & said he had one & could get me in the next morning (Saturday) for the tire & an oil change.He went out of his way to find me a tire so I could get moving as soon as possible!So this morning I went in for my appointment. I was a few minutes late because my van didn't want to start in the cold. We had to use our portable charger, again.After finishing the tire & oil change, which they gave me an AMAZING deal on, the mechanic, of course, recommended a new battery. I said I knew we needed one but money was tight so we had been relying on the charger.Without being pushy, the mechanic told me that pretty soon our battery wouldn't respond to a charge & offered me an excellent deal on a new battery. I went home (we live close to the shop) & talked it over with my husband, who confirmed what the mechanic said about the battery & told me their offer was a great deal. I called back & they got me back in within ten minutes so I went right back to the shop! Ultimately they charged me only for the battery itself & nothing for labor, just so I wouldn't end up stranded!!!All the services were efficient & the mechanics were friendly, honest, & actually worked with my budget. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!! Thank you guys so much!
Anderson Automotive will not stand by their work. My Mazda3 needed a clutch replaced and Anderson Auto did the work. This was done 9/2014. Now less than 11 months later (8/2015) my throw-out bearing is making noise when depressing the clutch pedal. I took the car back to Anderson and they said the whole clutch needs to be replaced again. I showed them the receipt from 9/2014 proving they replaced the clutch at that time. They said they will not cover replacing the clutch again and that it would cost me over $600. This shop does not stand by their work. There's no reason the clutch would go bad in less than 11 months. I've driven manual transmission cars for 20 years. I do mostly highway driving for work. This car is driven and a treated properly. Do not trust Anderson Automotive with your repair needs!

So, my friend and I went here after a long day of being out and about. This place was kinda busy but not too bad. The service sucked because first the guy didn't give us any water like a normal restaurant does, but asked what we wanted for a beverage besides water. The guy also never came around unless to put down something on the table. Anyway, we order a sampler plate. That was all good arrived 10 minutes later after we ordered it. The mozzarella sticks could have been cooked more. The entrees though, came 20 to 25 minutes after our appetizers, and everything but my chicken that I had on my plate was undercooked. My friends shrimp she had seemed to be thrown on the plate, wasn't even cooked but warm, her tomatoes which were fresh tasted almost rotten, and the sauce on the dish was disgusting to her. We ended up not eating it at all. I told the waiter the whole bad experience, after he came around to ask if we wanted boxes to which i told him no, he then said I'll tell my manage of what we can do. Meanwhile my friend was only to get cash just to throw, she came back to say she ended up paying with her card. I told her leave the receipt I'll deal with it, she left not wanting to deal with it. The waiter comes back 5 minutes later, and I see him wanting to avoid me and I see the manager walk pass me avoiding me, the waiter comes to me and says 'your friend paid, there is now nothing I can do about it'. I left after that a bit annoyed. I have never in my life experienced something so horrible that I have to complain to the manager and to rant here.

Beware the quote you are given is different price when you go to pay it is much higher. Worked on car and did not tell us what was all wrong. Will not use them again . We have been going there for 6 years late 2 has been horrible. All the part was not hooked up when we picked it up had to go back.

Today was my first time getting an oil change at Olson's. It was the best experience I have had! They answered all my questions, got an air filter and installed it within 15min and told me to stop by anytime if I have any questions about my oil levels. They also checked EVERYTHING without me asking including my battery, my power steering fluid and my tires. I HIGHLY recommend Olson's!!!
