Highly recommended, wouldn't use any other storage facility. Diane is awesome to work with. We were there for over 10 years. She was ALWAYS there for us when needed.

Ann and I wouldn't use another one. They have been great to us. Feel our things are very safe where they are.

Diane is a wonderful person to do business with...She knows the units and how much they can hold, she works with you when issues arise (such as not all my things fit in the one unit) and finds solutions quickly for what I needed.

If they had a 10 star rating...she would be an 11!!!

As my first storage experience in Eau Claire I was extremely impressed with the with not only the facility, but also the owner as well. Very organized and easy to work with. The units have a built in lock on the doors for maximum security and some of the larger units have a loft space to help take advantage of the vertical space. I found the rates to be very competitive and the location right off HWY 93 and Interstate 94 to be ideal.

The owner is very easy to work with, is helpful and kind. The facilities are clean and secure. The units are easy to get to in the winter time. I would highly recommend Packer Mini Storage to anyone!

We used Packer Mini Storage when we moved to Eau Claire last year. The units were very clean and secure and everything was done to accommodate our move. I would most definitely recommend and use this facility in the future...it is nice to know there are still "home town" businesses like this available, with a real person on site to answer questions and assist in making even a storage unit transaction personal and pleasant.

I've been renting a small unit for over a year. It's a great location, secure and clean. Snow is cleared quickly and has not caused any access issues.

Facilities are very clean and well kept. Many storage varieties available. Diane is very helpful. Price are within reason. Excellent facility if storage is needed.

This facility is very clean. Diane is great. When I needed to store all my things she had a vacant unit. She also let me borrow her dolly for moving some heavy items.
