When you're watching a movie, the comfort of the seating is paramount !!! And what they have provided for you there is something you have to experience yourself, because words can't do it !!!
Went there on 09/18/2017. 2:00 p.m. movie ~ one movie ticket, one bag of popcorn, one bag of M&M's came to almost $22. The seats are completely uncomfortable and they don't even butter your popcorn anymore. Instead they have a butter station and you have to butter your own. If there is a line you have to wait. People now-a-days have big screen t.v.'s, comfortable chairs and all the good snacks that they want right from the comfort of home so with this in mind you would think that movie theaters would be making it worth your while to go to them but no, instead the experience is becoming more and more dissatisfying. Last time I go there. I'll just spend the money that I would have spent there, making my own experience at home even better than it already is. Oh and one more thing, I can't stand having to watch television commercials when I'm at the movies!
What started as an exciting trip to see a movie, ends in a disappointed 6 year old. 23 minutes standing in line for popcorn and we had to give up so we wouldn't miss the start of the movie. Overpriced and a wait longer than the previews, you can't have both Carmike!
It seems that finding the right people to work in customer service is becoming more difficult for these people. Went there on Friday, 03/09/13, and the cashier was EXTREMELY RUDE! Approached the manager about her attitude and received an even worse response. I would score this place higher but customer service goes a long way and they certainly lacked severely on that day. We've been there before and service was alright but not all that great. THEY NEED TO HIRE NICE, COURTEOUS PEOPLE!
I LOVE THIS PLACE I WANT TO GO THERE VERYDAY I TOLD EVERYBODY ABOUT IT I LOVE YOU GUYS
