This company is a nightmare. I have been in contact with them, which by the looks of things is further than most can get. I would recommend staying away from these people. I have had issues all winter with discriminatory snow removal, literally 6 inches of ice from my parking to my door, which I was told by management to salt myself (why am I paying to rent when the upkeep is on me?) I fell twice and was told to salt better, while other buildings in the complex are cleaned dry to the pavement. We are subject to "inspections" TWICE PER MONTH, and any time they have to get any info to me they feel they are within their rights to enter my apartment and leave messages inside my apartment. I would say rent with EXTREME caution. Since this company has taken responsibility for my complex the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property has SEVERELY decreased, and the general uneasiness of having them come in when they see fit along with a general feel of what I can only describe as "being watched" have made me find a new home after almost 5 years in my unit.
Scott is the type landlord that will get as much money out of you as he can. Don't try to get out of your lease early. We got a sub leaser for our apartment. Moved out the first week of the month. He kept our rent for the month, and made the sub leaser pay for half of the months too. Don't expect your security deposit either.
My son and I have rented several places,with absolutely no problem,until we rented from Vikki at greystone mng.we have always gotten our full deposit back with no problem,had to leave early and break the lease,health and family problems,she said she would work with us,she extremely rude,and is not professional at all,taking them to court,thanks for other feedback as I will be using this in court!!
Foxboro is the worst property managmanagement company I've ever experienced. They should be called the property management gestapo. Their the most rude, obnoxious, unprofessional group of people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. They treat you as though they own you. Just a horrible group of people.

I was the tenant at the above address for a year. I definitely can say that my experience was one of the best when I was there. The neighborhood was safe with a variety of ages, and at night when I turned my lights off, I felt safe. Whenever there was anything wrong inside my duplex, I would call Foxboro and they came without hesitation. If I ever needed to rent again, I would definitely use Foxboro. I wanted to take a minute to thank all the individuals working behind the scene's at Foxboro. My wife & I have been living at a Foxboro residence the last 2 years and we have been extremely happy with the professionalism, pride, & fast response to our questions & problems that we may have had through the 2 years. This goes from the front office associates all the way to the maintenance man, George. Thank you all so very much for everything. A+ job and I will recommend your properties to anybody!I would like to take a special moment to thank George. On one of the coldest nights during the dreaded winter of 2014, my wife came home from work at approximately 11:00pm at night. I was sleeping and didn't notice it was colder than usual in our home. She found the furnace was not functioning and woke me up. Worried about our 3 month old baby, we immediately called the emergency maintenance phone number and George arrived on scene about 1 hour later. At midnight, George tried to get our furnace going but unfortunately didn't have the parts required to fix the problem. He drove to his shop and returned at about 1am with some electric heaters that helped keep our house warm until the problem was fixed. Words cannot describe the appreciation we have for this kind of dedication, especially with a 3 month old baby.George treated us as though we were part of his family & that is the same treatment we received from everybody at Foxboro.Thank you all again for everything you have provided my family.Sincerely,B,M,B L
This company is TERRIBLE!!! Not only do they never answer or return your phone calls, Vicki is EXTREMELY rude. We rented from this company for years, and every time we resigned they increased the rent substantially. When we first signed, our $150 pet fee was refundable, and then it when we resigned they began charging $25 a month for the dog and made my refundable fee, non-refundable. If anything was ever broken they took FOREVER to respond. To top it all off they took a HUGE chunk out of our security deposit for reasons that I would take them to court over and get my money back if I had the pictures to prove they are LIARS! I would never recommend them to anyone. Poor management and poor morals. I wish there was a below one star rating. @Tina H. We never once paid our rent or water late, and we were VERY respectful neighbors. We never once had an issue with our neighborhood... so maybe you should stop passing judgment on the other people rating this company because from where I see it, you are the minority on this topic.
