Northwest Custom Concrete Resurfacing

First project . To start on July 2nd and be completed by July 3rd other then being sealed Patio pour . Patio was unprofessionally installed and not properly finished . It was to have smooth sides and shiners which were not done Has many defects including cracking , parts of it are undermined divits that pool water ,trowel marks , stress seems were not opened, Vent on patio was not properly fit with a cover plate and is now a trip hazard Left concrete splatters all over back of house and existing fireplace . Water runs towards the house by the fireplace . We paid for all the concrete ,gravel and pumper. Second project pebble stone overlay on pool patio . We paid 4000 down . Was to start on July 9th and be completed by July 10th When we expressed that the patio they poured be torn out do to all the defects they never started or completed the overlay and refused to refund our money . Owner wants more money from us to pay for the unprofessional installation of the patio and says he will then overlay the patio and it will cover all the defects and then finish the pool patio . However we paid for a new colored patio and covering all the defects will not fix all the problems . Owner has been very untruthful and cares little about his workmanship
