        Overall

        I called in for service on a thermostat late on a Thursday afternoon. They did not have a tech available at the time, but a gentleman called me and tried to walk me through a couple of things to help out. We ended up scheduling for them to come out on Friday, with SAME DAY SERVICE. They found the problem and fixed it for us.
