Professional Nail & Spa

I took my daughter their to get a pedicure and the lady who did her nails cut her and didnt say anything to me. When I got home my 9 year old then told me what had happened. FILTHY FILTHY FILTHY..... DO NOT GO!!!!!! Also, I cant seem to get the owner on the phone to have the situation cared for.

Professionail & Spa has the most unprofessional staff I have ever come across. The manager of the establishment yells to her cohorts in Chinese constantly while I have my nails done, while standing one foot away from me.



I've visited this salon twice-time constraints and proximity to my home have helped in me having to return. After all, I believe in affording people second chances.



The first time I was there, the lady who did my nails took two and a half hours to remove my first set and apply a new one. She made me bleed on three separate occasions, laughing after every time I exclaimed she had hurt me. It is inconceivable to me for someone to physically hurt her client and act so lax about it. She didn't bother to apologize or ask me if I was alright. She said every time, "Oh! I cut too deep, huh?!" Not to mention, after I only wanted a simple removal of my old set replaced by a new one, she tacked on several nonsensical charges so when I was ready to pay, my total was over $50.00! I asked her and the manager why and they proceeded with a laundry list of requests I did not make. With the obvious language barrier taken in to consideration, I decided it was a losing battle to try and contest the charges.



I was running out of time before the following visit and decided to try Professionail one more time. Enough time had passed that I figured they had gotten their act together.



The Manager/Owner yelled to her employees throughout my visit, again. On occasion, she walked up and down the center of the salon, singing. I started out with Lady-Cut-Too-Deep, but was switched over to a gentleman after about three minutes of her working on me. When he was almost done, I was switched over, again, to another girl to finish off my nails. Who do I tip at this point: all of them, none of them? The Manager was nice enough to ask me if I was okay. I asked her why she would ask me that. Her response, "We switched you three times. Are you okay?!" I did not know how to respond to that, so I kept my head down and stuck my hand out for the third person to work on.



The entirety of the staff at this salon is loud, amateurish, rude, and disregard even the most basic rules for human decency. One gentleman who works there sneezed on a woman's foot during a pedicure and didn't apologize or even excuse himself.



Please, do yourself a favor and stay away. Drive an extra 1/8 of a mile and go to Star Nails in the Vons parking lot.
