I went to be fitted for contacts and was so nervous, they made me so comfortable showing me how to put them in and take them out. Although it took a few different prescriptions before the doctor got it right now I see great and enjoying not wearing glasses.

I went into the office this morning to purchase new eyeglasses for my daughter, and I was treated badly. The girl at the front desk looked at me when I came it did not say hi, I went to the desk she looked at me more, then said can I help you, I told her we wanted new glasses and gave her the rx. she asked about my inusurance, I advised her of it she just looked at me advised me my daughter was not in the system but never gave me anything to fill out to put in the sysytem she then told me have a seat someone will be wtih you,(no one came to help me but htey took walk in patiens) she never said you can begin to look at the glasses of course that is what we were there for. After a little bit I asked her if she verified my insurance she said no, I asked her if she was going to, she asked for the number and then told me if was not the person I told her to call I asked her if she mis dialed she did it again and of course the number was correct. I then felt like this girl could care a less if I am a patient, so I decided to leave I went to the desk to tell her we were not staying that I was going to Henry Ford she was writing and said "ok" she never even look up. Not only am i taking myself but my whole family that is FIVE patients but the office may not care they hired her for the front desk.Not only were we purchasing glasses we were purchasing sunglasses as well, but now I spent my money at Henry Ford they were more than happy to accomodate us.You can not keep patients if they feel this way, I will be sure to tell all my friends and family not to use this office. Customer service is very important, maybe the girl at the front desk should take a class on it they do have them.
