The Easton post office is the most wonderful place to me today. I had went there to buy money order and gave the girl too much by mistake. I called them and they researched it and found the mistake and returned it to me immediately. Thank you so very much and a huge shout out to the gentleman named Kevin who answered the phone and my prayers. There is still honesty in this country.

Great service! I do all of my printing at Printex. .
Terrible!! Always terrible. Worst post office ever. Always rude, no common sense. Just go to FedEx of UPS, they care about customer service.
Expertise: 1 star because they couldn't print a simple HTML file. They said it was due to virus potential and "tried" to convert it to PDF but were unable to do so. When I got home I was able to do it in 1 minute flat with pdfcrowd's website. I'd be going back to print these newly converted PDFs if not for the following situation.I was assaulted by Jay after a bad customer service situation went awry. He wouldn't print my files for fear of getting a computer virus. After explaining that is wasn't a possibility he still refused, we eventually agreed to disagree and as I was leaving the store inconvenienced I mentioned reviews in a non threatening way. He started saying yelling and cursing and calling me names. During this situation he came from behind the counter and got in my face. He pushed and raised his hand at me. I'll admit it was scary, he's a big guy for me. Getting laid out wasn't part of my plan so I left and called the police.
all Post Offices are the same. Long lines and rude government workers. Such an antiquated service.
lost many times mail that has been sent from there
