Rent-A-Center

I rented from these people in the past despite everything I decided to give it another try, I made my first payment and got my delivery set up for my furniture and needless to say again I sat home waiting and would have never of known nothing if I had not called when my kids told me they saw a truck go by thinking they passed my house I called them and I was informed there would not be no delivery today and it would have to be late tomorrow. These people are quick to call someone when their payment is not made first thing in the morning but cant call you over changes in their schedule and expect their customers to be okay with it. Well this customer here is not okay with it, this is one reason I stopped renting from them in the past and do not believe I will go back after this time it is always same thing. Every swingle time I rent from them the deliveries are late and I am stuck sitting around waiting I am a mother and I have a job my schedule CANNOT revolve around them I thought that was the purpose of setting up a delivery time.
