Eazy appliance technicians are rude and it appears they do not care about customer satification. I wish Lowe's warrenty did not use this repair company, last year I went 8 months with out a working washer with a family of 5 due to eazy appliance unable to diagnosis correctly. Lowe's eventually replaced the washer now here we are about 6 months later again. Wait a month for a technician to come, they diagnosis, part on back order, so weeks later it's in, schedule a appointment for 2 more weeks out. The rude techician calls morning off with a time that was not what the schedulers told the me the day before. I made arrangements and called back within 2 minutes and the techician REFUSED to come repair. He must have no idea how it is to have laundry for 5 backed up for months. Scheduler who claimed to be management was no help either. Here I am waiting another 2 weeks. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I only gave one star because you had to choose something.
