I was involved in a car accident in which I was rear ended and not at fault. I had it towed to their lot because I lived in Easthampton. Their guidance and customer service throughout the process was outstanding. They pursued the insurance of the person that hit me and were a TREMENDOUS help in bringing the situation to resolution. They not only insured that I got a rental, they sought the proper claim information so I would not have to pay for it out of my pocket. They even got in extended when it took longer than expected. Megan in their front office was AMAZING. It turned out that the vehicle was totaled and they weren't even able to fix the car, but they never let up on the courteous helpful service. Don't know how I would have gotten through it without them. They have certainly earned my business.

I have a Black 1996 Mazda MX-6 M Edition, which I brought to these wonderful folks to have painted, some body work, detailing (including pinstriping and decals). They not only did a great job on everything I wanted but they paid special attention to customer satisfaction (and I might add that I am not the easiest to please, as I have taken great care of this car and expected excellent work). I am a very pleased customer and enjoyed working with these folks.

We needed to have a badly dented right sliding door on our 2010 Toyota Sienna repaired, along with scrapes and abrasions on both sides, when we were hit-and-run. We tried out four shops in Easthampton and Northampton. Only Full Tilt gave us a detailed estimate on the spot, and we went with them. Lucky we did! These guys are ace mechanics, smart, careful, thorough, very hard-working, and best of all, honest. They bent over backward to have the car ready for us on time, cleaned inside and out, all at the estimated price - and it looks better than new! This kind of workmanship is very rare these days.
