Found a Chevy Tahoe LTZ online. Called and they said it was available. Went on Saturday with my uncle who loves cars. We test drove, looked over the history records, spoke about financing and picked up this Monday. Super easy process and very pleased with experience so far. Tahoe had new tires which was a plus considering the other one I looked at down the road was in need of tires. Save me $1000 right off the get go!!
I recently bought a Honda Odyssey Touring from Charlie at Shamrock Motors and was extremely happy with the way that I was treated. I frankly went there expecting to be pressured and found that the people there were very courteous and friendly. He took great care to see that we were happy with our van and left me with the feeling that I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.
Horrible! Horrible!Horrible! I dropped off my car on 9/5/13 8:30 am and pick up was suppose to be 2:00. The car was not ready til 2:50- after demanding to have my car now!! As I look out back and see them spray wheel spray! I took a day off for this!! They told me by the time they were done, my car would be "car show room ready" with vacuum, shampoo, wax, clean, detailed so much they need at least 6 hours!! My car is still wet! smells! He put the shampoo down - my car had puddles of water - my sneakers were soaked from stepping on the carpet. Where my car seats are the metals bars in the floor has pools of water in there. My seats were soaked and so was my clothes. I've left my car windows open and it's almost a week and still smells and wet! They offered to have my car come in and they would soak up the water with a shop vac!! why didn't they do that in the first place? probably because you took a long lunch break? I don't know honestly, I think you worked on my car for an hour- cup holders were still dirty. No wax on my car - there were small marks that you couldn't even get out that I got out with water and elbow grease. I put my blankets in the trunk yesterday and they are soaked!! All my shopping backs are soaking wet as well after 6 days! How do you do stay in business!! No I will never recommend your services!!
Hi, bought an infiniti M35x from these guys a few weeks ago. I was driving home and the car started to cut out. I used roadside assistance and they towed me to the nearest Infiniti Dealership. The dealership said their was something wrong with an air filter sensor. Repair was several hundred dollars. I called Peter the owner of ACI and he called the dealership and paid for the repairs, no questions asked. He probably didn't have to do that but thought i would tell this story. I think they are a standup auto group and would recommend them to anyone.Best regards,Anthony
Please do not do any business with Coach Light Motors in Windsor, CT. I rarely take to the internet to bad mouth any businesses, but since my wife bought her car from these people with the understanding that we were buying a great vehicle in excellent condition, she's had to bring the car back 3 times over the past 3 months. Their vehicle prices are high and their ability to perform any repairs is questionnable.
I love East Windsor Auto! I buy all my cars from them and tell everyone I know to go there for a car or repairs. Russ and Mark are such a pleasure to deal with. If you don't want your car to be another worry to add to that ever growing list, get your car from East Windsor Auto and they'll take care of you!
