I was looking for a dress and Bride's by Elizabeth had just what I needed. She assured me that if I couldn't find it there she would be able to accommodate my request by looking herself and making/remaking one to my specifications.Highly recommended! A++Lovely proprietor.

Janal's did all the flowers for my daughter's wedding 2 weeks ago. Their designer Stephanie was instrumental helping us plan to maximize our flowers yet minimize the price. She offered us price and flower options on every arrangement, cheerfully accomodated several late changes and additions and…

I ordered pink roses and they were delivered as promised and actually looked better then the ones that I ordered. The roses were large and open and everyone thought that they were simply beautiful. I am very pleased and will order from this florist again.

I ordered a wedding bouquet for my elopement and provided Irma with 3 very specific photographs of what it was I wanted. We met and agreed on flowers however the key to my unique bouquet was that it was to include succulents that I planned to root and plant as a keep sake. When I picked up the bouquet it was 3 times larger than I asked for and included a lot of greens as filler. It looked nothing like the pictures provided to her. I asked for 2 large succulents along with smaller succulents and there was only 1 large and it was not at all the succulent that was agreed upon in my contract. The one large succulent provided was the ugliest plant I have ever seen. The smaller succulents were tiny and couldn't even be seen among all the greenery that I did not want in the bouquet. I expressed my concerns with the young lady working the day I picked up the bouquet and asked that Irma call me the next day. I have yet to hear a word and it's been 2 weeks. Beware that this florist does what THEY want not what you, the customer, wants.
If you are looking for friendly service and someone to help you find your perfect dress for YOUR day, then this is NOT the place to go. I went to this store to look at wedding gowns and one of the sales reps was very nice and friendly. She was very helpful. However, the store owner was rude and pushy. She kept trying to get me to try on dresses I did not like and telling me that they were great dresses. She did not listen to what it was that I wanted. We finally found a dress, but it would need to be ordered and she wanted me to pay for it before I had even tried it on or even seen it in person! I ended up finding another dress elsewhere. The store owner called me and when I told her I found another dress she yelled at me over the phone! Yes, YELLED! She told me the dress I got was "a fake", whatever that means and acted like a child because I didn't purchase a gown from her. Overall, the experience was terrible. I would definitely not recommend this store to anyone in search of a wedding gown. (The one star, is only because you have to click a rating before you can submit your comment)
The 1 star awarded is for the beautiful product and gowns they have in this shop. As for the experience of buying my dress and having my bridesmaids purchase here as well was OMG a headache. it was amazing to see this type of decline in service over the course of a year.. The shop owner was incredibly rude to both the wedding party and myself. I literally had to warm my girls,to ignore this lady's rudeness and unprofessional ism . Not to mention I had to put up with it during a very stressful time because after all she did have my dress and didn't want her to ruin it out of retaliation, totally not joking ... I would sincerely say to brides. " go take a look find a pretty style and find another shop that has your dress so that you don't have to go through what I did. " This the biggest headache I had to deal with during my whole planning process every other vendor I worked with was great... Wish I would have read the reviews before buying my dress.
Make sure you get Paloma. Within one minute of talking to me, she easily sensed my style and vibe. She chose great dresses to try on and made sure each one looked stunning when I stepped out to show my friend. She has a talent for reading people and is so sweet and genuine at the same time. After looking at a few places, I really must say the shop itself was awesome. It's pretty inside, with a boutique feel, great lighting, windows, lots of full mirrors and places for trying on without crowding other brides. Often, I've seen shops with huge selections but with unattractive shops/warehouse feel or the flip side, stunning storefronts but limited selections or outrageous price points. This was worth a visit since you have the boutique feel inside, but with a nice selection and price.Paloma was kind, professional (she confirmed my appointment and was so professional, yet personal at all times during the fitting) and she made it an enjoyable experience. The only downside to this is that drinks are not allowed by the owner. So, no mimosas or champagne...unless you find the dress, then the owner may allow it. That said, Paloma's grace, charm and genuine interest in you looking great for your big day made up for any lack of beverages. I could go on and on about her. The dresses were gorgeous and at decent price ranges. We were impressed with the variety of designers and PALOMA!
The Pastor Bill is very ignorant about his services!!! I would not reccommend calling this guy!! Very unprofessional!!!
