Everytime they answer the phones they have an attitude and I called a cab that showed up an hour early and when I called wgm to ask for their service instead at the appropriate time they denied my service and it would have been a lot of money too it was a 15 mile ride. Very disappointed I call the cab's majority of the week had to find a ride to work thanks a lot
Everyone who has 1 starred these people should report them to Better Business. That's no way to run a company.
SCAM! Don't use this service, they gave an estimate and doubled the price when we got to the destination. We used Uber on the way back for half the price and a much shorter trip.
Whoever gave this company 5 stars must have been paid to do so because this is the absolute worst company. The dispatchers are not only rude, they are nasty. If you ask for an a time frame they refuse, so they will either be there in 5 minutes and will leave if your not ready or they come 3 hours later. I would rather walk 5 miles home in a blizzard than call these inconsiderate, rude, nasty people
This company was horrible. It took forever for them to arrive and our driver was not attentive while driving. He was very rude and starting arguing with my husband in front of our three children. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend using this company!!!
If I could give this a worse rating I would, don't even bother calling them. The dispatcher is horrible and they are not customer friendly at all. Worst cab experience I've ever had.
I called this cab service at 7 am, 1 hour before my bus departure and asked for a cab to pick me up at 7:30. (Mind you I live 12-15 minutes away from the bus station.) The man on the phone refuses to place a reservation for a 7:30 cab and says to call back when I "am ready for a cab" and one will come immediately to pick me up as their pickup times are "incredibly fast" and there is no need to quote me a time. Okay...so I call at 7:20 for a 7:30 cab and a woman answers and says one is on the way...It is 8:10 and I am sitting here writing this review. Why? That cab did not drive BY (the driver somehow couldn't even find my house, nice...) until 7:55 after I already canceled the taxi at 7:50 because there was no way I would make my bus. When I called to cancel, the woman hung up the phone on me. Because of this incompetent cab service, I am now going to miss an appointment that had to be booked 3 months in advance. Avoid this company, they give garbage a bad name!
First of all the dispatcher is rude and unprofessional! The other day I called a cab. 45 minutes passed (I checked for the cab every 5 minutes) and still no cab. I called to cancel it and they stated they waited outside for 15 minutes and then left. They never called me nor did they even honk for me to come outside. Fast forward to tonight. I need a cab to go home and they claim we are now on the suspension list so they refuse to pick me up! Then when I call to complain the dispatcher was rude and unprofessional stating it's not his fault that I wasn't outside. He even hung up the phone on my boyfriend mid sentence. It's not my fault your dirty cab drivers don't know how to do their job. Shape up WGM.
