Every year I spend at least a few thousand dollars at this place on eyeglasses for myself and my kids. For the last few months, I kept getting a letter from them stating that I owe them $19. Every time I would call them they couldn't figure out where this amount was coming from and this week I received a letter from a collecting agency for this amount.A simple courtesy call would have sufficed. So much for customer service...It looks like the right-hand doesn't know what the left-hand is doing at this place.
I was a patient of Dr Young for many years. No longer. He made it very clear he has no interest in my eye health. Only in his income. Obviously suffering burnout. He should have retired
Had a great experience. Dr. Willis was very professional impressing me with his knowledge and appearing to take a great concern for my well being. His assistant also was very personable; Demonstrating a knowledge in what she was doing and using care while treating me. The wait time was quicker then I expected due to the high volume of customers. The front desk called me back when we accidentally got cut off during a initial call. My daughter also went there with the same result. I'd highly recommend the place. It is however a little confusing as to what door to go in when you get there. And the parking lot appears large but spaces were at a minimum?
Unprofessional as it gets. Treat you as if your time is valueless. I remember Dr Young when he cared about patients. Now you can't even talk to him. I fired him today I refuse to be treated that way by anyone
