The only thing we didn't like was that they didn't have any elevators only stairs. Other than that it's a nice hotel.

My family and I stayed there to go to a concert. The motel was only 2 blocks from the Alamo and sights. It was also 6 blocks from the Alamodome. We had a room right next to a nice balcony. For the price we payed it was very nice. We weren't bothered and they also had a small breakfast. If your l…

Sherry the owner is the most nicest person around and makes you feel very welcomed. Ray and Della are the absolutely the most hospital and professional people in the hotel industry! The breakfast buffet was to die for! Great fresh food and a huge variety of it too! The rooms are very roomy and i…
I recently made a reservation online to stay at the Arbor House. The decision was made because of the comments from previous guests who had stayed there. They were much better than those from the big chain motels. Driving from Denver, I arrived with a full-blown infection that had the right si…
hotel is older but very clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful & friendly .
This hotel is convenient, quiet and friendly. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean.
Too bad I cant go below one star. The manager Madeline is deplorably rude, ignorant, intentionally insulting, and racist. She refused to provide her manager's contact information. Rooms are left unsanitary, and filthy although they say clean. The housekeeping is lazy and are liars, even the Head of Housekeeping Debbie.
Good people. They attended to my request and I had a good night rest. It was just one night .
We checked early there was a $15.00 charge. Our rooms air condition wasn't working and we got moved to another room. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Waffles, hard boiked eggs, cereal, toast, bagels, fruit, oatmeal, pastries, milk, juice, and coffee. We were in town for National's a Karate tournament. I would recommend this place.
After reading the reviews posted for this hotel, I was a bit nervous to stay here. However, I was pleasantly surprised with my stay at this Travelodge. Yes, it is an older hotel an when walking through the hallway you are reminded that this is an older hotel, there were some very positive features. The room I had was large with two beds, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The bathroom was large and had been remodeled not long ago. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The large screen TV was nice with a large selection of channels. A roomy desk for my laptop computer was a welcome plus. The wireless internet service was reliable and met my needs. Finally, the morning breakfast was good and plentiful. My only negative was that there are not many dining options near the hotel so you will need to drive somewhere for dinner each evening. Overall, I give it four out of five stars.
I chose this hotel because of the price, but it exceeded my expectations. Thank you very much for everything!
We came to San Antonio for three days before a family event in Dallas. This hotel is only about 15 minutes from downtown San Antonio. It is clean and well managed. We had the king suite and it more than met our needs with a fridge, microwave an extra sink and lots of space. The manager is a delightful man that wants to be sure his guests have everything they need or want. The hotel is a great deal at a great price.
I've stayed here several times. It's always been the #1 choice for me by way of location and price..
