I ordered online. There were two people in line when I arrived. I walked up to the counter next to the sign for online orders (I'm supposed to be able to skip the line). Then, two more customers walked in. All of the walk-in customers were helped before I was. The employee who helped me did not make sure the other employees knew I was there. I waited 15 min. after I arrived and I already got there after the website said my food would be ready. The manager paid more attention to the fry guy who was already busting his behind than the guy at the counter not doing anything. Unacceptable. I've had a few experiences like this at this location. The food's always delicious. I just wish they would put the fries in a separate bag if they're just going to dump them in. I know it's a trademark thing, but I hate it.
First time here I ordered a bacon chz burger with onion rings the burger was huge onion rings made the right way they even have ibc rootbeer so good will return everytime am downtown
I had lunch here today and it was great!!! The burgers are good and juicy (slightly greasy but not bad). They are thick patties ( my favorite!) and well seasoned. The fries are limp not crunchy but I like them. They remind me of my grandma's fries. The service was excellent and all the ladies wo…

My wife and I visited Fuddruckers again. We don't have them where we live, so it was anticipated. It was noon on a busy Festival day and I'd read the review warning about slow service, but our order was taken quickly and then we waited. And waited. And ordered a shake and onion rings and *go…
My husband and I went two times for lunch. We found it on the River Walk where you have to walk up a tall metal staircase. The atmosphere is really western bar/saloon without being overdone. The drinks are pricey but good and everything is fresh and homemade. My husband loved the homemade ginger…
10. Zuni Grill
We had dinner here on our trip this past weekend to San Antonio. The food was phenomenal. My grilled fish was cooked to perfection and served with rich herby mashed potatoes, and my husband's chicken enchiladas were smoky and spicy hot. We also had guavas margaritas which were fresh and delic…

The two people working when I came in were very friendly and liked to joke with the customers.\r \r The food took a LONG time to be prepared. I was the 3rd person in line and it took over 15mins. The wait wouldn't have been so bad but it's very cramped in there and only 4 stools with room fo…

I've been to this Wendy's a few times, but the crappy service is just too much. I ALWAYS have at least a 5 min wait, and I've never had one trip there, where there wasn't at least 1 thing wrong with our order. Management there is horrible, and they clearly don't care about good customer service.…

This D.Q. is not good and customer service sux. The mgr. is NOT very professional. I went to this location and waited over 15 min in drive thru, then went inside and waited longer. Finally i asked the mgr why they are so slow and she said because of the food cooking. There was only 3 employees w…

I am born and raised in Chicago. I used to have to go home once a year to fill up on my favorite foods from there. After eating at this place I can have my favorites all the time. It is definitely a taste of Chicago!! I have not had a bad plate yet! The beef sandwich is better than back home, the Philly is to die for. The Gyro is a taste of heaven and well the Hot Dog is out of this world!! I even bought a few T Shirts!! The Wise Guys in there are awesome. LOVE IT!!! It is like being back home without the snow!!!
I have been going here for 48 years and Old Joe (Phyliss' Dad) fed my mother and her friends back when his hamburgers were a nickel back in the 1940's. It is still the go to place for the very best (not the biggest) burger in all of Bexar County. Me and my entire family love Joe's and love that they have fed us for more than 4 generations and counting.
I had lunch here today and it was great!!! The burgers are good and juicy (slightly greasy but not bad). They are thick patties ( my favorite!) and well seasoned. The fries are limp not crunchy but I like them. They remind me of my grandma's fries. The service was excellent and all the ladies working there were very friendly.
staff was very friendly and premises were very clean. Free peanuts while you wait. menu is not very big but what they offer is very very good. all the items were very fresh and the meat was juicy and fresh and not. greasy. you also get a lot of seadoned fries. this is my new favorite hamburger place. love it, love it, love it.
Great burger. I had the lunch special, a bacon cheese burger, fries and drink. Everything tasted good. The fries were similar to the homemade fries I had as a kid. The burger was tasty (and slightly greasy but that wasn't an issue.) the buns were very good as well. The customer service was good. I will go back.
Not bad. Worth going there if you haven't been. I've only been during lunch. Go early because it will get crowded fast. Interesting that it seems all the employees are from the same "group." Lots of tattoos and piercing. (Not that it causes any problems. Just interesting.)
The best burgers around. While there may be hype around other local establishments, the quality of Chester's burgers is unmatched. The decor of each location sets a great mood and it's hard to beat the selection of sports on the screens. Great food, good service, and reasonable prices.
Service friendly...mediocre... pre made frozen patties. Avocado out of package ...not what you expect from a place that is called San Antonio burgers. Fast service nice mannered young man at counter. Obviously he was raised that way...business just lucky to have him
I finally tried this place as we were getting sick of Dominoes next door. The food and service was excellent. The San Antonio Burger fantastic, onion rings great and they deliver for $1.99....best burger I have had in a while
