Spa Belle Meade

If it was possible to rate Spa Belle Meade with zero stars I would. I came in for a facial, which I have zero complaints about. However, as a result of that facial (more than likely from the extractions they said), I have a red mark on my forehead. I called immediately following the facial and communicated my concerns and was told that often times there is redness following a facial and to give it time. I called back yet again a few days later and related the red mark on my forhead was still present, at which point I was told to come in for a laser treatment to have it removed. I came in for the treatment which helped a little too the color of the mark on my forhead. Because of my occupation in the military, I was then deployed overseas and therefore unable to immediately continue my treatment. I finally return (a significant amount of time later) and schedule another treatment along with a facial only to be told that they no longer have the laser available to continue my treatment and they will not be held liable due to the time lapse which was completely out of my control. I am now still walking around with this red mark on my forehead as a result of the service I received at Spa Belle Meade and they refuse to treat me, or cover the expenses to have it removed. I find this to be very unfair and if they aren’t taking responsibility and taking care of me, they will not take care of you either. I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this establishment.
