        Can't swim yet!

        The problems that I have been having with the big splash go on and on. First I seem to have dropped off the list for the pool opening. Then they did not rectify a tear in my cover that was due to a poor installation even though I was billed and charged. Next I had for three weeks a continuing issue with algae each time they came they said the problem was resolved. This week it happened yet again and they finally discovered that they had not filter timer correctly. I have not yet gotten resolution on my credit card charge for the services. They do not show up when promised or call to answer problems when they arise. I should not have to be calling them every week to discuss this with that. Their services should make my pool just something I can relax in.
