- General Info
- Transitional Center operates as a full-service residential care center offering rehabilitation services. Based in East St. Louis, Ill., it offers services, including assessment as well as treatment of mental illness. Additionally, the center runs programs and serves boys aged 11 to 19 with major psychiatric disorders. It has a facility of 30 beds with additional 10 beds for problems pertaining to sexual behavioral. The center operates a Juvenile Transitional Center Boys Academy, a school to serve and educate the residents of Transitional Center. Transitional Center works in collaboration with Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS).
