The best vehicle repair experience to date...



A friend told me about Panorama after i had a small accident last month. I have to say this was the best experience i have ever had dealing with an automotive shop. They guys / girls there were such a help with getting my car back to its original look. The front end staff was very polite and talked to me like a regular person, explaining the whole process without using tons of car jargon. I left with one of their loaner cars, a week later i got the call my car was done. Not only was it done it looked better than before. If you are looking for accident repair i stongly suggest panorma. Friendly, courteous, clean, you cant get that at a dealer.....Trust me i tried.

They took care of my car like it was their own. Everything was better than promised. In addition, they cleaned the car inside and out - vacuumed, winter floor mats washed, etc. Wow, it hasn't been that clean and pristine in years!



The place is modest, but very clean, professional and friendly. It was a small job, and they still gave me a free loaner (a '99 Corolla - but free!). This is the second time I've done business there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back again. I recommend them highly!

Panorama Collision have been absolutely terrible. The work they did on the car was fine, except I left with a new problem with the back axel, when I came in for a simple bumper replacement. They were also extremely rude, to the point of harassment, demanding payment for a service that was already finished days ago, and agreed to be free because it was their mistake in the first place. One of the head mechanics was beyond inappropriate in the way he spoke to me several times on the phone, and hung up on me twice when I tried to ask a simple question about why they had previously stated that the service would be free. Big mistake on their part. If you ask me, harassing a first time client over 90 dollars that they weren't meant to pay anyway is big mistake. Must not be very smart business men over there. I would definitely recommend taking your car someplace else, anywhere else for that matter.

After Nu-Look Collision had my car sitting on their lot for 2 1/2 weeks while my rental insurance dwindled away they came back to me and said OH WELL ITS A TOTAL LOSS... This is from a minor accident with no mechanical damage mind you.



I didn't like that answer so when i was at my ends wit i called up Panorama Collision and they took care of EVERYTHING from the get go including picking up my barely damaged car from Nu-Look free of charge. They talked my insurance company into providing me with a rental for an extended period of time, and made my car look good as new in the matter of a few days- something Nu-Look couldnt manage to do after almost 3 weeks!



In conclusion Nu-Look SUCKS- Panorama Collision is a CLASS ACT, who leaves your car looking SHOWROOM NEW!
