I bought a big 65" Samsung 4K tv that broke after 6 months. Samsung assigned me to Sascoa for a warranty repair. John, the owner, despite being short staffed at the time worked hard to get the TV repaired in time for my daughters birthday. He succeeded. He did a very thorough phone interview which allowed him to pre-order parts and moved a lot of things around to get a guy in to help me. The experienced repairman fixed the TV on the first try. Total time from my first call to Samsung until working TV was 2 weeks, but that involved ordering very heavy parts from across the country. John worked late and on weekends to keep shop working. I am impressed.
