Hello I've been going to Vanessa at dapper dog for about a year now. I've been to a lot of other groomers and was never really happy till we found this wonderful gem of a place. My dogs have anxiety and Vanessa has been wonderful in getting to know them she's very patient and when I leave them I know their treated like one of her own she does an excellent job they come out smelling wonderful and tails are always wagging. Hello! I am the owner of Dapper Dog and this is the only way I can respond to my one star review. To the man that wrote that, it is truly upsetting what happened to Charlie. And like I have said before if you feel the need to tell this story publicly, please tell the whole truth. While Charlie was in my Care he was 100% perfect. When you showed up, to pick him up he jumped up from excitment, and hurt his back. This is in no way anyone's fault. But an unfortunate accident. If you walked in my shop and jumped up and down and hurt yourself, would I be to blame? No.

I'm sorry, but I must say something... My dog Charlie suffered a spinal cord injury Sept.10th while at Dapper Dog LLC. I'm the only one who feels Dapper Dog is responsible although Vanessa Wiggs did report it to her insurance company who replied to me "Our insured was not negligent and did not cause your loss". Really? Being a LLC ( Limited Liability Company) should not protect you from injuries that occur at your place of business. I love my dog very much and I felt I just couldn't put him down, so I took a loan to pay for his six thousand dollar surgery at Tufts Veterinary Hospital. Charlie still walks funny to this day. Vanessa didn't offer to help with my expenses or even refund the cost of his grooming. Vanessa does a good job grooming dogs but when something goes wrong... Sorry, this is a Limited Liability Company. The way yp is setup, I could be making up this whole story so please call Dapper Dog LLC to confirm I am telling the truth.
