The service is wonderful if you can get inside! The hours are extremely limited and, while the doors are locked, the staff are inside! If the staff are there, unlock the doors for further business! How much set-up can there be?!? Open your doors for longer periods of time! Twice I have gone - once to pay a bill and once to rent a car. I cannot get inside!!! Who closes at noon on a Saturday!
worst rental ever. The first car had broken windshield wiper arms. The second one had two empty beer bottles in the center console. Both cars were filthy. Never again

This was a first time rental for me from this company. I had been in a accident and needed a rental which is covered under my car insurance for free. Came here to get it and they refused my card so I had to use my husbands card, it was understood that the rental agreement would be under my name so I could submit it to my insurance for coverage. They rushed us through the process because they had other people waiting, my husband and myself both signed off and went on our way. When we dropped off the rental a week later they said my insurance will not cover the $250 for the rental because the contract wasn't under my name, when I specifically told them that it MUST be in my name for the rental to be covered. After many calls to corporate and customer service telling me that it was no problem for them to fix the agreement so it would be covered under my car insurance I would just have to call and speak to the manager of the branch and he would fix it. I spoke to the manager who is the most unprofessional ignorant man I have ever had to dealt with, and all he had to tell me was no after no, and what corporate was telling me was wrong. These locations and their offices need to get their stuff straight because they sure like to make their company look bad.What could have been done is the man who was filling out the rental agreement should have listened to what we were saying to him and I and himself could have saved heaps of time and frustration. Never trust a company who doesn't listen to their customers. I SHOULD HAVE STUCK WITH ENTERPRISE AND YOU SHOULD TOO! I have never had a problem with them.
