On a recent visit to the Orlando area and Walt Disney World, my family and I were advised that the wait for a table would be ten minutes. This was despite a near empty restaurant and an even emptier parking lot. Ten minutes became 15 minutes, then 20 minutes. At that point, we were advised by the female hostess that only two servers were working and the wait would be at least another 10 minutes. My family of 5 - two adults and three children - left in pursuit of other dining options.Nothing else to report except we will never return. An empty restaurant parking lot in Orlando. We should have known better.William E. Lewis Jr.Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

The server made many errors with our order. The food was adequate for the price the charge. It seems the quality has declined since they first opened.
The staff was friendly. Restaurant was clean. The waiter was polite and professional. The food was amazing. You get a lot of food that is not to pricey.
Love five guys. Ever time I walk out of there happy filled with peanuts and delicious burger n fries. Friendly staff, go there 2-3 times a week for lunch.
Our service here was horrible. We get seated in this cold place and it took the server forever just to bring the drink orders. Once we got the food, our server never came back to see if anything was ok or if we needed anything else. We had to ask the hostess to let him know to bring our check. Gave us the check and he disappeared so finally I saw someone and they took the payment. I have to say I have never ate a Ruby Tuesday before and was treated like this.
Not only was the food great. But most importantly my husband left his credit card. When we call in a panic to the new Applebee's on International Drive next to Sea World, the manager Ryan Doyle, had his card and after proper identification even mailed it back to us. What a great service!!
Enjoyed the meal and staff enough to return a 2nd day but the women's bathroom needs a scrubbing from top to bottom; smelled like urine.
Decent food court for a quick meal. Had several choices to choose from. Did get very crowded sometimes.
Food here is o.k. for something fast. They have pizza and pasta instead of the basic hamburgers, chicken tenders, and hot dogs.
Food here was o.k. but not the best I've had at Disney. Have been here twice just because it was convenient to eat at the resort before heading somewhere else.
