Mayfair Limousine Service Inc

I used Mayfair On May 15,2010 to bring my daughter and I to a play in New York. We now live in Syracuse NY ,but lived on the Island for 25 years in Huntington .so we both know the Island and the City well. I bought tickets to a play for$ 245.00 and we came down to Long Island by car..gas $60.00..food $25.00.stayed at my other daughters home and she made arrangments for the limo to pick us up at noon and drive us in for the 2:00pm show. and wait for us since the play was only one hour and a half long.the car arrived on time, but the driver did not know about the traffic and that there was a food fair on in the city or that some of 42nd street was now pedestrion! we were 45 min late.We saw the last45 min of the play and we were charged $377 plus a $20 tip I gave him any way.he then told me that they would WAVE the extra fee even though we were not back till 5:30! drivers should be aware of where they are going,conditions and what is gong on in or near where they drive Loreen Bergin
