Russo, Fred

Fred is an excellent therapist. I've never felt judged when seeing him, which I think is really important. He has always conducted himself very professionally and shows a genuine interest in my well-being. He has encouraged me to be more proactive in my treatment, and has helped me to challenge my anxiety and work towards my goals. Fred has always shown to be very trustworthy and reliable. I value his time, along with all the help I've received by him.

i highly recommend mr. russo because when i first entered into therapy i was in the throws of a great depression and was on several medications at the time.. with the help of mr. russo i was able to get out of my depression and was able to become medication free.
