Cathi Phillips - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been a client of Cathi's for several years and always knew that she and her staff were knowledgeable, professional, and thorough but when I had an accident with my car I found that Cathi was also a friend. I was in a fender bender and had pulled over with the other person waiting for the police to arrive. I realized that I didn't have my ID card in the golve box so I called Cathi's office to ask what I should do. Not only did she get on the phone with me to see if I were ok but she then printed new ID cards and brought them to the scene of the accident so I would have it for the police when they arrived. If that's not superior service and caring, I don't know what is. I'm so glad she is my Agent.
