If I could rate this place a 0 I would in a heartbeat. Horrible service that ruined a $1500 pair of pants, which they stained AND ruined the material as if it had been rubbed on a sander, popped buttons off other suits and then had the NERVE to say it wasn't them and that it was our fault? Those pants were worn twice and given to the "cleaners" with no stains on them. Wouldn't lift a finger to fix their own mistakes. Not only that, but you have to pre-pay them to ruin your clothes? No thanks. Terrible owner, terrible business. They have no right keeping their doors open.
I brought in 2 brand new pairs of unhemmed pants to be hemmed. They were both 95%Polyester and 5% Spandex. When I picked them up, one pair was properly hemmed and the other was unevenly cut (at the point where they were to be hemmed) and not hemmed. I was charged $11.00 for them. Now they cannot be hemmed because they will be too short. After going round and round with Mai, the person in charge, I finally got my $11.00 back, but there is nothing I can do with my pants except hope they don't curl up or unravel. I will NEVER go back to this place!
well, I was looking for a more affordable cleaners in EM and found out this is not the place. This review may be right or wrong, but when no one cared to ever post a positive one, it goes a long way. the silence is deafening!Keep going to Hicksville than for the $1.99 any garment and excellent professional service. Just wish something similar was closer
Excellent quality, excellent service, very reasonable prices. Recommend to anyone who is looking for good cleaners.
The owners' attitude is - contrary to good business approach - that "the customer is always wrong." We experienced repeated issues with them stapling their buttonhole i.d. tags carelessly into shirts, creating holes, and they kept denying they'd done it (this occurred over a dozen times in a year). Worse yet, they ruined a pair of brand new pants I'd worn only twice, and then claimed that they hadn't burned it with their press machine, but rather said it was wear-and-tear (on two belt loops of a new pair of pants? Really?). We've pulled our family accounts there after putting up with their poor business policies and practices for too long. We're much happier now at a competitor's business a mile or two away.
