I went in to get the top half of my hair highlighted. A simple task, one would think, for someone who has been doing hair for years. I wish I could post a picture to show how bad it was. When I pulled my hair up there were lines across my head of blonde streaks. She started the beach at my scalp! So I had horizontal lines that looked like zebra stripes! I cried. So I started inspecting my whole head. There was a two inches section in the front on the side that she never even got! I've been here before and had an awesome stylist. But this girl had no clue how to do hair. She even messed up my moms highlights a year before that and I didn't know until I called and talked to my mom. Her name was Bree. Never have her do your hair! I called and for the first time in my life complained about my hair. It took the manager another hour to fix it and it destroyed my hair. I live over 20miles away so it sucked having to drive all the way back. Terrible experience.

Horrible!! I went in for a dye job and wanted a pouf style as well. The girls sent me off to work with very noticeable black dye all over my hairline and ears! And the pouf looked like a teased up rats nest! Later in the year I took in an elderly man I care for (with warning) because he said the Wal-Mart looked too crowded and he didn't want to go in (wal-mart does excellent men's cuts by the way). Anyway, he told the girl he thought it was too long and to shorten it up a bit, and she nearly shaved him bald! NEVER GO HERE! This place has no talent whatsoever!!

The worst experience I've ever had in a salon! Their prices are great if you can get past the staff. As soon as I sat in the chair, all I heard was how bad the stylist was treated. I did feel bad. The girl seemed really nice but I just listened and sympathized bc I thought see may be new and was picked on, well my hunch was right on. The next time I went in to look for a stylist who could give me the hair cut I wanted, I showed the stylist the hair cut from a photo of two pictures and asked her opinion on how it would turn out and to my surprise she flat out gave me the most blunt and rude answer ever, "That would look stupid!" well, let me just say that her hair cut looked rediculous!! I'm all about giving second chances but don't insult me! They gave me a bad haircut to begin with and I went back to have them fix it and the lady that did help, but I wont ever give them my business again and I will tell everyone I know and don't know about this! This place sucks!!!
