Housekeeping Associates

I've just recently started using Housekeeping Associates after having been spoiled by a wonderful cleaning gal (and friend) who moved away. I didn't think I would be able to find anyone who could do the job as well, but I have been pleasantly surprised by the job my Housekeeping Associates gals do for me - they are great! They are on time, super friendly, and do a wonderful job keeping me clean and presentable! I'm so glad I found them and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

We are happy with our team from Housekeeping Associates. It's nice to have the same team come most weeks, that way they get familiar with our house and we get comfortable with the job they do. We only started having our house cleaned this year and the crew at Housekeeping Associates made it easy from the start. They listened to the special needs we have and did a good job of taking care of them each week. We're always glad to see them come and when we see them go we know we will be ready to start another week with a clean house.

I am happy with Housekeeping Associates. They do a good job cleaning my house, kitchen and bathrooms are well-done, and they do a good job with wood floors.

The few times I have needed to change schedule, they have accommodated my needs.

I have been consistently pleased with the service provided by Housekeeping Associates. They arrive when promised, are pleasant to be around, and do a nice job. Plus Charlie, our beagle, LOVES them!

They cleaned a house I was getting ready to move into. They cleaned up everything. I was satisfied with the job. They were very responsive.

if I could put no stars I would. unprofessional and disrespectful.

My issue is not with the girls, the girls do an excellent job and have a very nice attitude, my problem is management , they decided to change the price that i was told before they started although my neighbor with the same size of town house gets that price. When asked why would the pricing to clean my house suddenly change , i got the answer that it is a lot dirtier instead of being more professional and saying that it takes more effort from the girls!!!!When i asked how could that be when they spend the same amount of time they spend at my house in my neighbors house and they charge hourly rate he stated that there is no point of him arguing this with me. Its not just about money its about being unprofessional in addressing a clients issue.

I am very pleased with the work - Michelle and Sam are pleasant to have around and do excellent work.

I've used Housekeeping Associates for 7 years but not before trying several other franchise and independent service providers. I am happy with the service, communication, and reliability. If I am not happy, I let them know and they fix it right away. Very reliable for every other week cleaning. Highly recommend.

Housekeeping Associates did an incredible job of cleaning my home. They are very detail-oriented and thorough and my house smelled fresh and clean the minute I walked into the door. I cannot wait to have them come back - the live up to their claim of "Come home to a spotless house and you don't have to lift a finger"
