        I called Eastern Video Service on the recommendation of Samsung. I spoke to Frankie who was able to come right out and diagnose the problem with our relatively new TV. It needed a part, which he ordered and was back at our home the next day. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to call him if we have any other problems. He was absolutely great.

        They got a fast estimate back to me about my TV Repair, the part arrived in a few days to their location, and I had my TV back and working. Couldn't be happier to sit down and watch my TV again.

        Great Shop

        When my 6 month old Plasma stopped working Best Buy would not help me. I called Eastern and Greg in the office was wonderful. He sent a technician out to repair the unit. They ordered a circuit board and had the set repaired in 3 days. I will not purchase another TV until I talk to Eastern. Thanks guys.
