My husband and I saw their web-site and went down to take a look at some of their high-end cars. Let me start by saying that I have had many cars and loathe the car-buying process. I'm glad we went to this delarship and I will tell you why...There was ZERO PRESSURE from start to finish with the sales men, Eugene was so laid back and cool with my many questions. Putting it bluntly-I'm a pain when it comes to what I want. We test drove 2 Audi's and a Volvo. Eugene suggested a car that cost less than the car I was looking at and it had less miles. We bought the Audi Convertible and was so THRILLED with the process! We were approved and put a small down payment. We brought our Subaru in and had new brakes/tires/inspection completed~I forgot to tell them about the oil change after we were billed out~they threw it in at no charge. EVERY REQUEST WAS HANDLED WITH CLASS! These people are HIGH~QUALITY businessmen. I don't know why these other people had a problem, perhaps they should
