PROS:Smaller Gym (not much wait time for equipment)24/7 Competitive PricesFriendly StaffCONS:A nightmare to cancel you membershipStaff has little understanding of business side of the gymOutdoor section was never open/availableHalf of treadmills/bikes had issues and could not be usedOverall:My wife and I signed up at this gym and were working out that same day. It's a decent gym with a friendly (sometimes too talkative) staff. We never had to wait long for equipment but there were some minor annoyances that more well established gyms do not have (the same cardio equipment was damaged the entire time we had memberships). All in all for the money I would have recommended this gym. Well, that is before we moved and tried to cancel our memberships. It took 2 months of riding up to the gym and talking to the staff, leaving notes for the owner, and making routine phone calls before anyone would even acknowledge that we put our notice (30 days) to cancel. I finally received a call from the Owner explaining that our cancellation had already went through and that the current month was the last we would have to make a payment. The payment comes out and we move on, until a month later when I receive a collection call from the gym requesting another (final) payment. I then have to leave work after a 50 hour week and go to the bank to get money for another final payment and drive to the next town over to drop this off. The money isn't what ruined my experience with the gym, it was the lack of professionalism and knowledge from the Owner and staff. I wasted way too much time over the past three months getting this all sorted out.
