After being seated, we sat for st least 10 minutes with no service. It was not busy and 5 servers were huddled around the computer while one showed pictures from her tablet to others. We walked out and walked to Fatz.

Always busy and an interesting cross culture of patrons. The menu , however basic, has a great variety with some hidden jewels. The service Staff IS BY FAR THE BEST OF EASLEY WINNER HANDS DOWN. SUPERLATIVES YO ASK FOR MANDY, ZEE, KERRY, CHIP, AMBER, AND BARTENDING STAFF OF TINA AND CARISSA, OOPS LIZ TOO.
Amazing selection of specialty gifts, decorations and 'whatnots'. Had to walk through several times to see 'most' of what was available. Everything was beautiful - and amazing. The owner and staff were exceptionally helpful.

I live in Greenville and drove out there to meet my daughter for dinner. Technically we never did get "dinner". Our waitress was Misty. It was a Saturday night about 7:30 and the place was maybe 1/8 full. Now I know why. No one came to take our drink order until about 15 min after being seated. After 30 min my daughter was able to order an appetizer, I tried but the lady walked off and I had to go get her back for me to order. Drinks never got refilled. Misty said 2x she would be back to refill but never did. Did not get rolls until appetizers came out, and no plates for the rolls, by this time we've been there 45 min. Server never came back to take our Dinner order. We had been there an hour now , drinks empty, done with appetizer and she asks if are ready to order. Really?? I just said we were done and ready for check. management should really be concerned about profits lost from servers not trying to sell or take orders. I had to send my app back because it had a sauce that I had asked to be left off and a man that appeared to be a manager was the one that brought out the new app. He never asked if everything was ok or if we needed anything...and drinks were still empty. Everone, including our seerver were just standing around talking. And she kept calling me "Hunny" or something like that. Not very professional. management needs to make changes or I dont predict this location will be open much longer.
